Every part of my class is structured to make sure you get the best and most effective workout possible. It’s my job to explain the proper form of an exercise in a way that it just CLICKS so you can master the technique and become stronger.

What I love about Atomix is the atmosphere! It takes discipline to show up day after day, to do the things you said you would, even when you don’t feel like it. The moment you walk into the dark room you can feel the energy and determination from the people around you.
