The ATOMIX Workout follows the science of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) especially on the treadmills – it will push you to your limits. That means serious legwork: We are talking Power, Speed and Endurance, alternating with short recovery stages. This tough and highly effective cardio training really gets your metabolism and cardio-vascular system going. Thanks to the After-burn-Effect you will burn up to 1000 calories continuing long after the workout is over. In order to target every part of the body during the ATOMIX Full-Body-Workout, the strength exercises on the floor focus on each part of the body. These strength exercises will use your own body weight, dumbbells and resistance bands. You will get that perfect Beach Body with hot curves and tight, lean muscles. Special exercises concentrated on legs and butt will tighten those muscles. For a natural V-Shape and the coveted Six-pack as well as strong back muscles you will follow a training grid specialising on Back, Core and Abs. Last but not least, arms and shoulders are important as well. You will define your upper body with muscle strengthening exercises that will define you biceps, triceps and shoulder muscles.
